Intuit QB told me the only way I can use my QB Pro 2011 on 2 pcs at the same time is if I purchase another user license @ $199 otherwise I can use both of my pc's as long as my QB is not open at the same time. Anyone know a way around this?

Nope
When you buy any Intuit product you buy one seat license. You must buy more "seats" if you want more than one person to access the software under the same license at the same time.
Check out buying another copy of the program on the open market. Often is cheaper than having to pay for another seat from Intuit. I can get 2011 pro today for $99..what is a license?AJ, EA
