    I assume that the increased lifetime learning credit dut to Midwest Disaster is not available in 2010, correct?

      According to TTB page 12-2, the provision that increased the Lifetime Learning Credit for students attending an eligible educational institution located in a Midwestern disaster area expired at the end of 2009 and was not extended for 2010.
