    Quickbooks Pro & Storefront Advice

I have a client who wants to have an online storefront, I'm thinking how to take payments (pay pal???) and how to integrate with his quickbooks or maybe do entries to save $. Any advice?

Just Moving This To The Top, Any Advice Would Be Greatly Appreciated. I'm In The Process Of Researching This, But Any Ideas To Direct My Research Would Be Great!!

      Qb

If she/you are doing the bookkeeping via QB anyway, why not clear the credit card payments via Intuit Merchant Services that drops the receipts and fees right into QB. Put into any bank you choose. Can now scan or type in checks, too.

I'm looking at that option, no double entry sounds good!

          iPhone

Was just looking at the iPhone app via QB. No monthly minimums, no set-up fee, free scanner to attach to your iPhone (or other smart phone), slightly higher scan fee than my current non-scan fee for typing in on my computer, lower per transaction charge. Still download receipts and fees into QB. I have a call into my rep. Might add this or replace my current computer based with this.

Go to google and type in import paypal into quickbooks. There are several third party software providers that can import paypal transactions like this one:

They can also get a merchant account with intuit that may integrate into their website also. Not sure on that one. Need to find out what shopping cart software is going to be used for his/her online business.
