1099R with 24 line entries

    1099R with 24 line entries

    A client has a 1099R from Vanguard. It has 24 line entry items, all with the same code.
    There are no totals on the 1099R.

    ?? Can I input the totals on 1 1099R in my program, or do I have to list all 24 line entries?????

      each shows up on the IRS transcript individually. I don't know if they are transmitted individually.

          As long as the total equals what they reported, you should not have a problem with one entry.
