    Nj Sui

    Taxpayer had $161.86 withheld on W-2. My software says this is too much, maximum is $126. Is software correct? If so what does client do?

      Multiple employers? I don't know what the limit is this year- maybe on NJ DOR website, but you can get credit/refund for excess on the tax return. Haven't done one in awhile, but do recall a form that goes with the return.

          One Employer

          Client had only one employer in NJ.
