What is everybody doing with this computation?.My software defaults to allow the entire tax benefit. Who qualifies for this? I understood that tax preparers and virtually all small business owners were only entilted to the 50% safe harbor. Which is correct? Does anyone understand this?

I had my gall badder removed a week ago and am still not back up to normal.
I plan to call the SC Deptartment of Revenue about the I-335. Surely someone out there understands the SC I-335.Comment

I called South Carolina Department of Revenue in Rock Hill. They did not know.
I called their district office in Columbia. They did not know. So, I wrote a letter
to their district office.Comment
