Clients Receiving Direct Deposits on Time?

Just wondering if your clients have been receiving their Federal Direct Deposits according to Refund Cycle Chart?

I efiled my son's simple return last month. Refund should have been deposited Friday the 4th. Checked Where's My Refund on IRS site on Monday the 7th. It stated that refund should be deposited by the 9th. Nada. Today it says refund is being processed.

All account info submitted with return was accurate.

Late

I've had one according to chart was supposed to be Jan 28th. Has not come, not even today. Taxpayer has called "Where's My Refund" hotline and told they are still processing her return.

And of course, I've been stockpiling (excuse me, strategically waiting) most of mine until February 14th. I have several teachers and itemizers early on.

When WE do it, it's stockpiling.
When IRS does it, it's simply dealing with a strategic encumbrance.

i received my direct deposit yesterday, thought it would be the 18th by the chart. son got check thursday chart showed 11 or 18
