    Arizona Help -EF for Deceased Taxpayer

    Filing this from Minnesota. Taxpayer is deceased and spouse survives. She is claiming refund. Do I have to paper file this when a taxpayer is deceased and spouse claiming refund? Do I need 8453 form?

    No, they sign the form the same as they would sign if sending in the tax return. "Filing as surviving spouse"
