    One Month Education -Bank Paid $10K

    Client was in college for 1 month in 2010. Bank paid on behalf of her, $10,000 for 2009 and 2010. Paid the funds in 2010. See any problem with deducting the full $10K?

      what happened to at least half time student? wouldnt she be disqualified?

        Only required for AOC, and who knows what is happening under the scenario given. There's mention of a deduction (T&F??) and a $10K figure (LLC??) neither of which require half time status- but who can say?
