Paramedics M&IE

My client who is a paramedic tells me that his previous tax preparer told him that Paramedics are considered like the Long Haul Truck Drivers and can deduct $66.00/day M&IE, and has been deducting this amount for several years for this client.

I have never heard of that before, has any one else???
