Daughter age 30, Lives with Parents?

Daughter lived with parents all year. Earned about $2500. Could she be claimed on parents return and daughter not claim herself?

Disability may not necessarily be a factor for dependency in your case, but see TTB 3-15. Is QR support test #7 met?

There is no age limit to be a qualifying relative.

          Claim away...

Yes... She can be claimed... If she only made the $2500 she just does NOT claim herslef on her return. Then, the parents claim her..

          Don't see a problem here.
