    Form 4852

I never had to use this form and it seems like it does not prevent a tax return from being e-filed nor is it required to file form 8453. Lets me assume that this form is transmitted electronically. I know I have to wait until Feb 16 to file.

The way my software prints this form lets me doubt my above conclusion and wonder if this form still needs to be mailed. Anyone has experience with this?

            Thanks, Solomon, great list.

Thanks, Harlan, but why do you think it is not a problem? Maybe I am blind, but I do not see the form on list for approved forms.
