Cancer Policy Long Term Health Care?

I know nothing about insurance. My state gives a credit for long term health care, is that what a cancer policy is?

Long term health care basically makes payments for confinement in a convalescent home, nursing home, or expenses for at-home health care for persons who qualify medically for it. Before an insurance company will pay these benefits, they usually require a medical evaluation of the insured at the time of the claim.
