I Keep A Signed Copy Of The 8879 Form But Does The Customer Need To Have One?

I have them sign 2 copies....one for me and one for them.

I had a client call recently and they needed a signed copy. I sent them the complete return, which they could have signed, but they wanted a copy of the original one, so I sent them the signed Form 8879 that I had.

I'd never had that happen before.
