I just did mine today. Was happy to see that they don't have to sign them anymore. The form can just be mailed in (or efile). I've got two done that are just waiting to be picked up. -

Just filed 2 extensions, had to fax over the Ca extensions as the $800 fee has to be paid.

Are the S-corp extensions that are due now unchanged (since we've always had six months) as opposed to the individual ones which we will be sending off 4-15-06 and which are skipping the August 15th date?Comment

S corps are still 6 months. Now everybody is an automatic 6 months.Comment

1120 and 1120s Extensions...
As soon as I get the programs for the new year is when I file the corporate extensions for all my entities. I do not want to spend valuable time during tax season following up on 1120 and 1065 extensions. By 1/15 all extension are sent out.This post is for discussion purposes only and should be verified with other sources before actual use.
