So funny--

-had a client like him that was NOT satisfied with the refund and he wanted more money. He stayed and tried to 'invent' something else so he would get what he wanted. Said he would take it somewhere else to see if he could get more money; since I didn't do it right!

We all could write a BOOK about people every year we deal with. Some are just "out of this world".
