Zeros, did you stop using Drake? I have not seen you on their forum in a while. Drake generally supports this form (or were you looking for this to give to the association to fill out?).

If still using Drake, use the "H" screen in the 1120 package.

Have you looked at the IRS site?

I go to forms, forms by number, enter 1120-h in the find box and a screen shows the form and instructions.

The 2010 forms are probably not ready yet.
