JH going after HRB in TV ad

Saw Jackson Hewitt ad over weekend say that HRB cannot get clients overnight refund but JW can and on the bottom of the screen was 1 font size disclaimer for which you had 10 seconds to get your binoculars and read it.

But if you have an additional W2, state return, local return, audit protection, etc are not free.

I saw an ad too. Why wait up to 15 days for a refund anticipation check when we can give you a check today with our refund anticipation loan in a day - something like that.

Also I heard the "free 1040EZ" is for Federal only and EIC is an extra charge - State is a minimum of $39 - but I'm not sure if this is true or not.
