Why exemptions for undocumented immigrants?
And, is that the same as "Illegal" immigrant?
And how is the IRS going to police the situation where an employee is now called a "contract" worker so the employer doesn't have to provide the insurance.Jiggers, EA

Codification of the “Economic Substance Doctrine”
This provision allows the IRS to disallow completely-legal tax deductions and other legal tax-minimizing plans just because the IRS deems that the action lacks “substance” and is merely intended to reduce taxes owed.
That sends a chill down my spine!!!
Especially the phrase: merely intended to reduce taxes owed.
That is what our industry is all about....legally reducing our clients tax liabilities.
