The Web Portal Question

I have The Web Portal, and I also have the Book. I am trying to stop using the Book, but I am so use to putting flags on pages, and highlighting a lot. This way I can find things I need to find again. It also helps me remember. It is a lifetime habit on anything I read.

How do you do this with the web portal? I can not find a way. Do you keep notebooks with notes, any suggestions?

I have the portal and the hardcopy book. I probably always will. I like the portal alot. But, for a quick review of something, it's easier and faster to grab the book.
