    PA Power of Attorney

I'm going to have to talk to the Pennsylvania tax people for a client. I'd rather have a root canal. They have screwed up my client big time with obvious mistakes.

I've been to the state website, and they do not show a form for a Power of Attorney. Does anyone know whether they have one, or what to do in the event they do not?

    PA Form for POA

It is Form REV-677 - does your tax software have it

Go to http://www.revenue.state.pa.us/porta...nue_home/10648 then Forms and Publications, Other Forms, then you can scroll to rev-677.pdf - doesn't look like a fill in form though

Maybe you can call and see if they will accept IRS form 2848 - form is similar with exception of Heading - Commonwealth of PA -----

Also has a Tax Professional link with FAQ

      Thanks

Sandy, it was easy to find the form on the PA website once I knew the form #.
I don't know how you know all this stuff.

I printed it, and am getting ready to execute it.

      Thanks, Ron J.
