RMD from IRA transfer to Charity?

    RMD from IRA transfer to Charity?

    Did they extend the provisions allowing for RMD to be transferred to a charity? I thought they did but cant find anything definitive.

          Included in the current pending legislation. Senate expected to vote in next two days. House vote next could be interesting.

              sure it is included in the extenders??? My communications thought it was too late do in 2010, but next congress will put it back in for 2011... I guess we will wait and see, or not see???
