IRS says Sch L missing from efiled 1120s

Any of your S-Corp clients ever recieve a letter like this for this is my first. This 1120s was efiled and I was under the assumption that my tax software efiled all the forms required by the IRS. I dont recall unchecking any boxes for any forms.

that SchL was ZEROES and IRS thinks it should have been completed? (page 2 ques 8)
total recpts AND assets less than $250K?

Nope, no 0's

Its a completed Sch L with numbers. If the IRS is losing efiled documents, then we have not advanced much from paper mailing.
