    Client has a 1099-R that has the line "PTC CUST IRA FBO" above her name. Anyone know what that means?

    Not sure what PTC is, but:

    CUST = Custodian / Custodial
    IRA = Individual Retirement Account
    FBO = For Benefit Of

    So, it's a <something> Custodial IRA For Benefit Of <your client's name>
