Electronic account resolution

Has anybody gotten any joy from the electronic account resolution function of e-services? My only try was with a rather simple query. The answer was totally non-responsive, and I still had to go back and hang on the Practitioner Priority Line.

The same thing happened to me a few months ago, and I was wondering just what can be resolved through e-services. Mine too was a simple matter.

I'm sure there must be something in E-Services that explains what to use it for.
