    Midwest Disaster Education Credit

    Client has receipt for full time student education in 2009 - correspondance education via computer. The University is not in a mid west disaster county however, taxpayers home is. What do you think - could we consider the county the classes were taken? Looked quickly and could not find anything that specifically relates.

      My understanding is that it is for SCHOOLS located in the disaster area, not the home.
