990 N and revocation of status

On the news this morning, they were talking about the 990 N epostcard and the numerous organizations that will lost their tax exempt status if they don't file be\y 10-15. I had one organization that filed in 2007, and we haven't filed since. This organization is not on the list. Is it because they have filed once? Should we go ahead and file for 08 and 09 now? Organization didn't call me and I thought someone else did it, but checking on line no one did.

If they do not file, they will be on the list next year. Those that did not file in the past three years are on the list to lose their exempt status.

Thanks. I'll try to keep up on everyone. Easier to do every year than get desperate every three years.
