    Rollovers from 403(b) plans.

    Can rollovers to IRA's and Roth IRA's be made from 403(b) plans before separation from service and before age 59 1/2? My parsing of Pubs 571 and 575 suggests that they can, but I'm not quite sure. Can anyone provide something definitive?

    In my experience, they can. But only if the 403(b) allows them to. It's their call.
