    Quickbooks

Looking becoming a better user of Quickbooks, and have considered becoming a Quickbooks Pro Advisor or, just buying the software and the training software.
Any pro's and con's before I make a move would be appreciated.

    Intuit Training

Check out what training is available by QB itself, both on line and at their live seminars.

      Just a thought....

I have used QuickBooks for years, taught QuickBooks at our local community college, and did the ProAdvisor online training last year.

I would actually recommend, if you haven't already, purchase the book QuickBooks 20xx Solutions Guide. It is written by Laura Madeira and is very helpful, especially if you are having difficulty fixing something in QuickBooks. She writes a "step-by-step" solution for almost anything you might encounter.

I think I bought my book through Amazon but you may be able to find it on ebay as well. Your best bet is to purchase the solutions guide for the year of the software you have (mine is 2009).

      Good luck!
