    Remitting Corporate Taxes

I have a 1120 filer who is not set up for EFTPS (they have a payroll service that does all of their payroll) and they've never owed corporate taxes before this year. They don't have coupons and I believe I'm out of blanks (besides I'd have to mail that to them snail mail). Can they mail a check to the same address they'd make their payment to if they were using a coupon and write the information on the check?

They can, but expect a penalty notice.

      Ask the payroll service

if they can make the payment.

We do it for our payroll clients.
