    NT -"Treat Different Customers Differently"

    A thought for the day about "loyalty", and an interesting discussion that bears directly on basic business management. I labeled it "NT", but it really is all about how we choose to run our practices.

      It's about the "Shape of Your Funnel" when evaluating how to develop & keep loyal customers.
