Commercial on talk radio

My wife told me about a radio commercial she heard on a radio station on the internet
which claims that people who do not have Health and Accident Insurance can apparently
obtain insurance or help toward paying medical expenses by joining and sending money
to a program. I have not heard the commercial so it is vague to me. Is anyone aware of this?

I just discovered that this is called Medi-Share and it is listed on the internet as
Medi-Share.org. I found a few complaints listed on the internet.
