    FTHB mobile home

    TP bought farm land 6/2/08. He put a mobile home on the land in 2009 and had expenses for sewer system, well, electrical and mobile home. Moved into home 12-12-09. The title to the mobile home was transferred 3/26/10. What date should I use? There are no settlement statements other than for the farm land. I was thinking to send in copies of his receipts and hope for the best.

      I think I would use the date when he moved into home in 2009. Besides receipts I also would send in canceled checks and the documents for change of title.
