Is there any place where I could check when the revised form will be available?

The current form was created in June of 2009 and cannot be used to accommodate the changes for W-11 situations.

The one on the IRS website is April 2010.

Jiggers, thanks, what to you type in to get there? If I type in 941X the only form coming up is the one from June 09.

sorry, I was looking for the 941, not 941X.

I don't think the new 941X is available yet.
