    Energy Credits

    The max Credit is per year not per house, correct?

    Per ยง25C it is based upon the taxpayer - not the house.

      See special rules for married persons who live in separate main homes on Form 5695, Page 3 of Instructions. Max credit is per year.

        Sorry for the bad wording. Instead of "House" it should of been per person, if single, or per 1040 but only for Primary Residence.
