      We had this subject at our last CSTC meeting, taught by our IRS Practitioner Liason, and he said, no, things this far in the past, THAT HAVE BEEN CLEARED UP, should not be a problem. He stressed that if you do have any issues, you may want to work to clear them up before you need to get a compliance check.
