    Sch R Allocation Schedule form 941 filers

    This schedule has showed up when doing 941 this quarter. Presently I am on hold to IRS to find out who has to file. I'm on at least my third person. Can anyone fill me in?

      Schedule R on Form 941

      Isn't this for a "Common Paymaster" of Payroll and a Reporting Agent under Section 3504, and has more than 15 or more employer clients?
