How long will it be before this crowd in Washington figures out how to levy a tax for tanning in natural sunlight?

Isn't part of the new "tanning salon" tax part of the Health Care Reform Act? Have to raise some $$ somewhere, and it just seems un-natural to go to a "tanning bed" for a Tan.
Besides, does the "Tanning Bed" offer Vitamin D rays that you are suppose to either obtain from exposure to the Sun or through a Pill now - since it seems we are deficient in "Vit D", and then what about "cancer risks/burns, etc" with these Tanning Beds?? Not that you don't have the same risks "being in the sun" Hmmm!

One would assume if the salon offers Vit D with a tan, then there surely would be some sort of tax credit available as a reward?

will need some more agents to chase down those backwoods tanning tax evaders. Gonna be running sunshine in souped up motorhomes. Junior will be tearing up the back roads in his Winnebago.
