If a 1065, no wages for the two members.
If an 1120 or 1120S, yes, you could have wages.
If this is a new LLC and an there is a new EIN, the SS-4 may have shown employees and the IRS puts that in their system.Jiggers, EA

Do not send in
$0 941 in this case. A partnership with no employees has no filing requirement for a 941. You do not want to get 941s started as they will look for them every quarter then. A reply to the notice will suffice. There is almost always a place on the form to check that the company was not required to file, sign and send back.AJ, EA
