Need representation help with CA taxpayer

Client lives in Bishop, CA. She is a non-indian who married an indian and together they live on the reservation. She brought to the marriage a prior tax obligation in the area of $12000.

I have always prepared their returns as MFS, to keep her tax obligation separate from him.

She is not working, has no income, and would like to do an OIC or whatever else is available to get theIRS off her back.

Is there anyone who lives in Mohave, Lancaster, Palmdale, Tehachapi, Bakersfield interested in helping this client?

    6 hours away from me

    Dave,

Too far. Wish I could help. Hopefully, someone close to that area will be available.

    Good luck.

Now I am confused, cause I thought that you were in Bishop, not the other Dave.

I'm in Southern CA, which is about 5-6 hours from Bishop (in Northern CA below Mammoth Mountain).

You brought up a good point, and not just on this subject.

Who knows? You might have a referral.
