    Foreign Bank Account

    T/P has over $10,000 in foreign account in his name only. Spouse has under $10,000 in a foreign account in her name. Do I only file a form for him or do I file one for each?

      I don't know, but here is a link to irs webpage that lists the directions for form TD F 90-22.1 and an IRS phone number that offers help in completing the form. Good luck with that
