    AZ- LLC member removal

    Prospect states he was to be removed as a member of 2 - LLC's but current AZ - Corp commisisons "Corp inquiry" states my prospect remains a member of both LLC's. Does anyone know if the AZ - Corp commission will honor a letter dated today from the other LLC member that my prospect was no longer a member of these 2 - LLC's effective 1/1/2008?

    Called AZ - Corp Commission and their reply...

    There is a form to be filed with the AZ -Corp Commission to process a member(s) removal effective on the date on the form, NOT any back date. Does that sound correct?
