This could possibly be the best tax reference material that a preparer could possess. Knowing in advance to "HANG UP" if you get a jerk, just by knowing the name and badge number. Someone needs to create an excel spreadsheet so that it can be referenced quickly as needed!Comment

Yes, it would help. But you can usually determine within the first 2 or 3 sentences if you have connected to a jerk on any call.
