    Foreign Earned Income Exclusion

Taxpayer is a green card holder with US dividends. She also has $103,000 of earned income in Israel. I assume as she is required to file as a US citizen that if she meets the foreign earned income exclusion tests she can claim the maximum foreign earned income exclusion, correct?

    Foreign income exclusion

She certainly can claim the exclusion. Whether she can claim the maximum depends on how many days in her qualifying period fall into the year in question.

You are correct. I have the same situation, another country. TP has large portfolio income acct in US. You might download the US Income Tax Treaty with Israel, to determine if there may be deductions she can claim on the part that is taxed here.
