    S-Corporation Filing

Help!! I normally don't deal with Corporations. Yes I know that I could look up this answer but I need a quick response. A new bookkeeping client is an S-Corp and has not had any activity to report the past year. I am inclined to think that he should file a no activity report. Am I on the right track (if I am, what form is it)? TIA Rick in Washington

If they had no activity file with 0's.
I would put a favorite quote in here, but it would get me banned from the board.

If you Incorporate in Florida you will have to file a return. You will also have to pay an annual fee of $150. If you dont then they cancel the corp and if you need to reinstate it will cost you another $500. Just file the return with zero.
Everybody should pay his income tax with a smile. I tried it, but they wanted cash

        Hey Brian

I'm in Florida too. Where are you located? I'm in Lakeland.
