    S Corp Filing

I have a new client (State of Washington) that is an S-Corp that has not had any activity the past year. I am assuming that he has to file a no activity report, but am not sure. Any help? (I normally don't handle corporations) Thanks in advance. Rick in Washington

    Yes

you still have to file the s corp return for the year. Determine why no business and if the corp should be closed.

Be careful because some states also require a return even if no earnings.
