    Nationwide Financial Services Inc

    Company became subsidiary of Nationwide Mutual Ins Co on 1/1/09 and is no longer traded on NYSE. Is there any way to find historical share price as of 1/20/06? Need for cost basis for a stock sale 1/8/09. (Symbol = NFS.)

    You could try to contact them directly



    and follow the link for the historical stock prices (see page 9):



    Or a trip to the public library and looking at the WSJ for 1/21/2006 for the closing prices on 1/10/2006.

          Try Bigcharts.com

          If you go to Bigcharts.com and to history and do a search there you can almost any stock back for many years.

          Just for future reference.! We use it often.

            I tried that and received a symbol not found. Apparently Big Charts only tracks actively traded stocks.
