A relative of a client of mine who resides in Frisco, Texas needs a tax pro for representation work. I don't know the person at all and I'm just relaying facts 3rd hand.
Person took a distribution from an employer restricted stock plan years ago and didn't report in on that year's tax return. IRS caught up with her and she agreed to an installment agreement of some kind.
Now the person is on unemployment insurance and can't make the monthly payments without financial hardship and wishes to renegotiate with IRS to reduce the payments or suspend them temporarily.
Is anyone on this Board in the Frisco or nearby area?
