I have a client that his 1099g was issued from kentucky. He lives in Indiana. In has a reciprocal agreement with Kentucky . I intend to just file a In return. No Ky. Does anyone agree or have any comments. This is my first on this situation.

Snapshot, I agree. The definition of "Kentucky source income" is clouded on this one, and there would not have been any Unemployment from them had there not been a reciprocal agreement.
Kentucky residents are not allowed to exempt themselves for the $2400 Federal Unemployment exemption, but instructions to this effect are found in the "Nonresident" instruction booklet. Go figure.
