And, some states have their own rules. MA has some recent regulations about protecting tax information. (I have a couple of MA clients.) My clients were doing a lot of emailing, but recent requirements for encryption meeting certain standards has me worried about emailing back to them, especially attaching a return. I do like my FileShare, but only a handful of my clients have made use of it so far.
